What are some other ways to improve swimming endurance other than freestyle? What are some good drills to do? I am having trouble swimming more than 200m when I go to the pool. My goal is to swim a 500 in the next four months. Any tips would be greatly appreciated.

Dear somalian,

Are you in Taipei ? Maybe you can join our swimming activity. We have many experienced coaches. Join our swimming activity, you will swim well !!
After going swimming, you also can join our gathering with us. :D
