What to bring:
-Backpack
-Clothes for change (you’ll get wet)
-Drinking water
-Waterproof bag or several zep bags (夾鍊袋) to prevent from the water.

What to wear:
-Wading shoes (溯溪鞋)
-Quick dry cloth and pains
-Swimming suit
-Goggles (necessary when you claim upon the waterfall)
-A pair of knee pads (護膝)

07:15~10:00 head for Miao Li
10:00~10:30 龍安橋 warm up & jump to river
10:30~12:00 river tracking
12:00~13:30 have lunch in natural environment
13:30~16:00 river tracking
16:00~16:30 change clothes
16:30~17:30 move to restaurant
17:30~ dinner
19:00~ Back to Taipei
