11/28 AM 11:00 arrive at 薰衣草深林 (entrance ticket NTD 100, but it can discount our meal or drink )

Accoding to our president suggestion, we will have a subside to driver(NTD:500)

Until now, we will have ten people to join our outing, but we only
have a car driver. In the case, we need at least two car drivers.
So, Is anyone volunteer? We need some people to be drivers.

In order to give service to our Tainan branh members, I would like to
suggest our member from Tainan arrive at 精明一街(famous street in Taichung).
And then Taichung branch members go to pick you up. I think the assemble tiime is
nine-thirty November twenty-eight 2010.

We will assemble in carrefour(家樂福) at 10 o'clock in November 28th.
In my opinion, I hope we can start earlier because I am afraid of traffic jam.
But I still want to listen other members' ideas. How should we go to 薰衣草森林?
Firstly , we start at carrefour and then go to 文心路-------->文心路四段------->北屯路口
------>東山路一段 and then 進入大坑 (There will be road signs to tell us how to go )

I accept our founder's suggestion that we will have a insurance(the fee is NTD:36) and
the drivers will have NTD 500 for subsidy.
Another message is Hsinchu branch president call me today, they want to join us.So,
we will have more pepole to participate our activity.
Now we have at least eight persons to join the outing and Kay may invite her friends to join us,
in other words, I do not be sure how many people will go. The deadline is Novermber 25th and
if there is anyone who want to join us , Please E-mail to longbow@gate.sinica.edu.tw.

According to our founder' s suggestion, we will have insurance in our outing.
I have already announced the insurane fee(NTD:36) and everyone who wants to join the outing should
E-mail some personal informations to Kay (wownien@hotmail.com). It should be at least
three personal informations.They are your Chinese name, ID(身分證字號) , and birthday(出身年月日).
Until now, I still want more people to join us. And our Hsinchu branch members will join our outing.
So, it will be bustling in this outing and thanks for everyone's help.
