2010 Birthday Parties

Dear All,

As part of the event in Happy English Club, we will be having birthday celebration every 3 months with all blessings from the club members.

This year as a start, our very first birthday party will take place in March.

Thank you so much to Chester who will be our first birthday conductor to arrange this special party.

And now, for the conductor, please help to get the list of birthday babies from our kind looking president...
Meanwhile, for those whose birthday falls between Jan - Mar, please pass over your name to Chester (just in case your name is left out or somehow missing from the list, you better submit your name before forgotten)

I am also glad that we have gotten the rest of the bday conductors for this year.
Here goes the list:

June - Ian
September - Chris
December - Louis

Thank you so much for your kindness act. Kindly help to update the celebration detail which is only the exact date you are going to hold the birthday party, (nice to have) celebration idea a week before in the forum.

Dear Chester,
I can answer your question for Amanda.

First, the duration of the party, it's up to you.
We don't have extra time for party, so it's usually held at gathering.
If you need 20-30min, you can hold it at the speaker session (like hosting a game or something, Ian will appreciate it.)
If it's only 10 min, you can have it at Happy time.

Second, no limitation, you can have a helper if you want.

Third, of course we can eat at the gathering venue.

Fourth, you can have financial support as needed, don't forget to take the receipt.
And please be frugal to save our money.

BTW, I have the member file and the information of all the birthday babies.
Please feel free to contact me if you need.

Looks like I missed my birthday cake , however somebody kindly gave me a tip about the cake i definitely would choose HAPPY as priority one in case another activity conflict ..
