No matter in working place or personal life, we all need mentors to guide us when we feel confused or struggled.
Grace shared us her everyday brainstorming meeting that her tough but smart supervisor host. She hates the blamestorming(Happy called), but learnt lots. And she also has strategy to coach her subordinates.
Ellen also shared us about her geek colleague. She was shocked when the guy cried in front of her. Ellen is a seasoned manager. She always handle difficulties very well.
Barry will feel happy if someone even kid can appreciate or point out what could be modified on his painting.
It's a great conversation on Saturday afternoon. We all learnt lots from one another.
We also enjoyed hot pot for dinner together.
