During the gathering last week, everybody shared many different leading ways from their Boss. It seems that most of leaders manage their employees by strictly requirements instead of allowing them to understand the meaning and the importance of the work through the interpretation of core values. Many of us thought that a good leader should be able to express his faith (which is why) clearly to let employees easily know and follow. Besides, different employees have different thoughts, sometimes a good leader should be able to help employees find out their own reasons to work hard. Only to find out the core reason; whether it’s to earn a big fortune, to satisfy their family’s need or to prove their self-value, people can work with enthusiasm and efficiency. Through this way to communicate from the inside out with employees, leaders can stimulate their potential and inspire them successfully.
