In early of the month, we talked about teaching children and choosing ideal mate. I think why don’t we talk continuously about the whole life so I chosen the subject about “retirement”.
Due to the baby boom and lower fertility rate the population rapidly aging and declining in Taiwan. We will suffer from not only lack of work force but economic contraction in decades.
We should no longer raise the aged welfare allowance. Changing our community is friendly to the elders, perfecting medical system and establishing more long-termcare institutions.
No matter what age you are, making enough preparation for retirement is necessary especially for young generation.But most of us have not comprehended the labor insurance system. It is a part of retirements so we should spend more time on it.
