HI everyone
The article was tips for sleeping well and other relevant things. Some people shared that don't think too much when go to bed. just let the brain keep blank. Also, exercise during the evening and take a shower before sleep. All of these can help us fall asleep well. Something funny happened on friends, such as use pillow to stop friend who snores at night, wake him up directly, or just slap him til stop snoring. I really enjoyed this gathering.
