This week our topic was about American fast food chains abroad. The article mentioned how the western travelers felt and saw when they encounter fast food abroad. And most of American fast food abroad adapt to the local culture, so they localize their menu. For example in Muslim countries, they only serve halal meat.
Our attendees shared the reasons why they chose to eat in McDonald overseas. We also shared some good restaurants in Kaohsiung, for example Escape 41(海洋天堂). Maybe we can hold the outing activity there.
