First of all, It's so great that we got two new friends this Sat., Joy and Willio.
I hope we can see each other every weekend if you are free. Also, I'm so glad to hear that the reason for attending this club is because of my article. Hoping that everyone enjoy it and learn something.
Secondly, why do I choose this article? Because nowadays people are much more caring about "regimen ", which means how to keep health. In this gathering, some people think it's no need to take any supplement. As long as to do exercise and have all kinds od food in balance will be fine. Sure, it's totally right. The point is most of people know this concept, but can everyone follow this rule every day? There're junk food, work pressure, pollution in our daily life, and our body will be getting aging, That's why healthy food/nutrient food become very popular.
Jasmine agree to take supplements if you need, but she recommended it will be saver to check up in advance, than you will know what nutrient you are really lack of.
Edward think that we should do enough exercise, otherwise no metter how much nutrient food you take, your body won't obsorb.
Tsong share that we can do some experiment by our own. Like when he finished his breakfast, after few hrs, he will feel a bit sleepy. So next time he tried to skip one breakfast, than he felt more energetic. But when he really feel hungry, he'd still grab sth to eat. "Just listen to what your body need".
And, after the gathering, some of us went for dinner and the Jezz's musical festival. It's really amazing. You may go there if you are free. Thanks for everyone to enjoy this gathering.
