This week our topic is Career Planning. Does everyone have their own career planning in hand? Is it necessary? I guess everyone would have it more or less. And some carry it out quite successful, but some don't! what is the cause making people different? I probably can't catch the answer no matter how long of time I have searching for.
During the gathering with discussion, I found that everyone's tips for building their own career were very diverse. 8 of 9 tips were chosen by all the participants depending on a basis of only 3 of 9 they can choose. And the most used tips by us were No.1 and No.8.
