It was a nice and warm afternoon in Tainan. We were discussing about having work/life balance and how to be healthy. The article was clearly inspiring for everyone, as all of us have our own inputs and definitions regarding to the four elements of healthy life. There are also smart phone APPs to help us achieve our goal of being healthy. Although none of us have tried meditation, it is an intriguing idea to accomplish inner peace, relaxation, and emotional balance. So take a deep breath, relax, and enjoy the day.
