How do you develop your promotion plan? That question comes from the article we discussed at the gathering this time. Actually, most people seldom "PLAN" to get promoted. But indeed there's always room for improvement at our work, no matter what position we are in. The writer delivers ten great strategies and all of them come to the point! Personally I agree with "Act Professionally at All Times" the most. Also, I can't agree more to the writer's saying "...be a problem-solver...Problem-solvers get promoted. Complainers who expect the boss to solve all their problems don't."
