This article is talking about Privacy. For couples, we think people have their own space and privacy, even you are married. Before you wanna see something from your couple’s cell phone, it’s better to ask in advance, to give him or her the basic respect. For parents, although it is for children’s own good, it’s also bad idea to see their diary. If we could build up a very good friendship with children, they will tell us what problems they may meet no matter we ask or not. Just like a friend’s talk. But if you insist to seek their diary or Facebook secretly, please be careful, don’t let them catch you, otherwise, you and your children’s connection will break without any trust.
Some people shared one day they were photographed by Google, if the photo is not all naked and with a good posture. They will be fine, because it’s kinda free ads. What if the photo is unacceptable, we can inform Google to take it off, and maybe ask for some payment (fined)

Anyway, we had a good time to share on that afternoon to each other.

What would Aristotle say about the bottom line of privacy issues? On November 12, the newspaper carried a piece of noteworthy information: http://www.appledaily.com.tw/mobile/article/issueid/20131112/artid/35431305/appname/twapple/secid/7 . That seems surprising at the first glance, but not so surprising, actually. It was predicted-- “We are rapidly entering the age of no privacy, where everyone is open to surveillance at all times where there are no secrets from government” -- by Supreme Court Justice William O. Douglas (1966). However, the news also points out the intention of offering “Intellistreets” is for an enjoyable experience, not privacy invasion. Well, the relationship between “Intellistreets" and American’s Gross National Happiness can be a fantastic research topic then.

The huge business via online behavioral tracking comes at the price of sacrificing users’ privacy; thus, the CEO of AVG Technologies, Gary Kovacs, introduced “Collusion” that helps us to see where our web data is going and who’s tracking us. How many sites are tracking our personal information as we finish a single day’s online activities? The number will absolutely, yet not pleasantly, take us by surprise. When people’s privacy is respected and protected, they feel highly valued for their dignity; as a result, their comfort and confidence come along. Happiers’ experience- sharing always stirs up more mature reflection along with laughter. Most importantly, we would like to say thanks again to our host Harris. The only trouble is how to answer your children’s (or future children’s) question: Did my Mom/Dad attend 20131109 gathering? (During this gathering, we unexpectedly discovered a “spy” existing in almost every family. Other family members might not be conscious of his/her diary or facebook being watched. Yes. But, please calm down, because the job of parenting underage children is truly tough--always complicated and sometimes confusing.) Let’s ask Aristotle, shall we?
