The topic today is to discuss a controversial issue for employee’s benefit, the “paid family leave”.
First of all, we’re glad there are 2 new friends attending this gathering, Murphy & Philip. Total attendees reached 10 people this afternoon.
Today we’re divided into two groups for discussion, everyone shares his/her experience and thoughts regarding to employee’s benefit, office culture, and family. We find it a dilemma for the paid family leave since it affects both of your family & career. It’s also a dilemma for employers because it’s an extra cost and more concern for hiring female employees.
