Nice to meet you! I’m Jason from Taipei. I’m so glad to join this club because I really expect to learn more English from you. As other members said, my English isn’t good either. But I do know that practice can make my English better. Therefore, I’m looking forward to making friends with you. Then we can write e-mails in English between you and me. I’m an engineer, working at a telecommunication company. Last year I passed the exam, elementary GEPT, and I hope to pass the intermediate GEPT this year. I need your help and wish me luck.

It looks like your English is much more than just elementary GEPT level.
You could even have passed intermediate GEPT if you had taken one.
