In the real world of business English, clear understandting is more important than elegance. Not everybody is an English major and reads Shakespear all day long. Therefore, you don't need to be fancy with this.
"請在收到我的出貨通知後,再寄出貨物給客人。"
Please do not ship or deliver (to the customer) untill you have receive the shippinng notice or confirmation from us.
Than again, it also depends on how routine is the business operation. No one ships a merchandise without some sort of confirmation that is related to payment, import duty, quota, warehouse charges, or custom clearance.
There are established guidelines for everybody to follow. If there aren't any established guidelines, perhaps it is a good idea to establish some.
