You are cordially invited to a product meeting at our Taipei office on Oct. 2 from 9 a.m. to ?????
We are happy to announce that the V.P. from our U.S. branch office, Mr. Jeff Mayer, will also be present at this meeting.
My opinion:
1. Normally we put the topic sentence at the beginning of an English article. That's why I changed the order of the sentences.
2. It should be 9 a.m. or 9 p.m. instead of 9AM or 9PM. (9後面要加space, am/pm 要小寫並加點點)
3. I'm not sure in the businsess practice whether it should be VP or V.P. or spelled out as Vice President 'cause I'm not working in a private sector. Hopefully you may get the answer from somebody else.
4. I'd suggest you estimate when the meeting will be over and put it on the invitation. That's helpful for a very organized person.
If anyone else has some other opinions, please post them on the forum. Please let me learn from you. Thanks
Carmen
