我想請問一下
有沒人知道
比如我們去百貨公司要排隊買多西時領的號碼牌
或去賣場寄物時所領取的號碼牌英文怎麼說?

I think it's called a "queue card"

but normally we just say:

"Please take a number and wait until your number has been called.."

or

"Take a number to queue up for orders at the deli counter."
