It is hard to translate without reading the whole content, but this is what I've came up with , I hope it make sense to you :

附錄1 有關的重點要求 對當前方針來說 只適用於 就安全及性能上的相關設備

就裝置(1)的特性(2)而言，當其(3)關係到安全性和效能(4)時，目前的指導原則(7)應適用(6)附錄1中相關的必要條件（5）。


(1) depends on the context, "device" can be translated into "裝置"、"儀器"、"元件"...etc.

(2) depends on the context, "feature" could be "特性"、"特徵"、"功能"...etc.

(3) to prevent ambiguous subject, "其" could be replaced by repeating "裝置的特性", or using "該裝置的特性" or "上述裝置的特性"

(4) depends on what device it is, "performance" could be 產量、效率、表現...etc.

(5) "directive" could be "指導原則", "方針", "規定"...etc.

(6) "apply" could be "適用", "準用", or "引用"...etc.

(7) here "requirement" could be "條件", "要求"...etc.



we could really use some context here...

對於目前的規定,Annex 1 所提出的重大要求需儘量符合安全性以及要考量一些有關設備的性能.

I would like to tell you guys that there's nothing weird or incorrect in this sentence and that the translations so far posted here on this thread are not properly made.

Two tips can be provided for translating it:
(1) "as far as XXX and XXX are concerned" is an adverbial phrase and should be translated at the beginning part of a Chinese sentence. It means "就xxx與XXX所涉之範疇而言". Please note that the sentence can be re-arranged as:
As far as safety and performance related device features are concerned, the relevant essential requiremetns of Annex 1 to the present Directive shall apply.

(2) "the relevant A to B" is a structure like "與B所相關之A" in Chinese.


Therefore the whole sentence can be translated as follows:
就安全性與作業相關裝置特色所涉範疇而言, 附錄一裡與現行指令有關的基本規定應一體適用.
