Actually I found several meanings of "head shot," but somehow I didn't think any of them fit the context. Maybe you are correct. I just should have thought about it in a simple way!

Since we both watch Friends, this rough quote is from TOW the Prom Video, Series Two. It's before the opening credits. FYI.

I don't have any collection of the slangs though. "Urbandictionary .com" is always a very good tool for slangs. My friend has been living in the States for almost 20 years and I think that's why he is sensitive to the word "shot." I've always wanted to learn as much as I can, but in the meantime I'm forgetting what I've learned. I really SUCK!!
I'm getting older and older and soon will become closer and closer to stuff like Botox or any other plastic surgery. I'm gonna need to hire some kid to pull off my white hair soon...... Time lapses so fast.
