How to say "無薪休假"

In our employee handbook, we also say "take leave without pay."
Anyway, it's never good to take unpaid leave. Hopefully we still have something to do for a living this year. Things will turn better.

I think "unpaid leave" is much better, at least that's what I heard on the radio. Btw, if you wanna ask the translation of a certain word or term, it's better to ask someone by saying "How do you say..." instead of "How to say...". Using "How do you say" is grammatically correct.

May I say :No paid of the rest

leave without pay
