Isn't this board "English Questions" the only exception of "No Chinese" policy?

viewtopic.php?t=223

I think it proper to allow the junior learners to ask their English questions in Chinese and read the replies in Chinese, because they are very eager to know the answers to their questions but they may not know how to ask in English, nor can they thoroughly understand the replies in English.

What do you guys think?

Besides, I found some incorrect titles of the threads, such as:
How to say "先上車後補票" in English?
How to describe "永續經營"???
how to say 里長選舉?
how to say 人格分裂?

The above titles were written in a sentence form, but they are grammatically not sentences, and could be misguiding to the junior learners. Instead, the titles should have read:
How do you say "先上車後補票" in English?
How do you describe "永續經營"?
How do we say 里長選舉?
How do we say 人格分裂 in English?

On this board there are many "how to say XXX" titles. It's ok because they were written in phrase form and not in sentence form. Nevertheless, it's better to ask a question in sentence form like "How do you say...?" or "How do we say...?"
