it is my first time to post an question here.To tell the truth, i am so glad to find this forum last night. It is really great for me to find a club like this one. And here is my question"how to say 人格分裂".....

"split personality"
or its medical term" Dissociative Identity Disorder(DID)"

人格分裂 = schizophrenia

actually, "schizophrenia" and "split personality" are two different things.
you can check it out on the internet.

schizophrenia 精神分裂症

a serious mental illness in which someone's thoughts and feelings are not based on what is really happening around them

split personality 人格分裂;雙重人格
a condition in which someone has two very different ways of behaving
