How to prepare for international conference?

It's very glad to join this club. My English skill is not very well. If something is wrong in my sentance, please give me a correcting direction.~~^^
In this summer, I'm going to present my paper(論文) in Nanjing(南京) University. I'm wonder if anyone has such experience in the club and give me a direction like how to prepare the presentation and Q&A.
