I just found a great online Chinese/English dictionary website last weekend,
In my opinion, I really think it's better than "yahoo dictionary".

The URL is http://www.nciku.com.tw/,
the Chinese name is "n詞酷"

Thank you for the sharing. I already added its address into bookmarkers of my browser, but at present I still prefer using “Yahoo!奇摩迷你筆” for my tool. Have a good day.

I use http://cdict.net/

it has both english and chinese dictionaries together, and it's pretty fast

it seems they just launched another feature : Nicku Hi http://www.nciku.com.tw/space .

they provide a TOEIC vocabulary exam here : http://www.nciku.com.tw/space/space1.php?do=test11 , try it~
