You probably can't use "food" as the object of the verb "decide". You may say
"I haven't decided ON [ABOUT] the food to bring along (with me to the potluck)",
"I haven't decided what kind of food to bring along (with me to the potluck)", or
"I haven't decided what kind of food I'll bring along (with me to the potluck)".

The noun objects for the transitive use of the verb "decide" are words like "match", "war", "battle", "future", etc.

For the intransitive use of the verb "decide" as in "DECIDE ON" , the phrase means "to choose one thing from many possible choices". I think you were trying to say this.

I'm very very happy to attend the 2nd potluck...foods are very delicious and everybody enjoyed it very much! It's a wonderful experience to meet many good friends at that day.
