"Cause and effect" is just fine, but for variety you may want to try "precondition and result" occassionally.

The sentence should have been the like of:
"當你的心準備好去接受未來的任何事情, 你就坦然了. 我越來越相信緣分了."
"當你的心準備好去接受未來的任何事情, 你就不再感到焦慮. 我越來越相信緣分了."
"當你的心準備好去接受未來的任何事情, 也就不會患得患失. 我越來越相信緣分了."

I would translate one of them as:
"When your heart is ready to manage anything to happen, you won't involve anxiety any longer. I'm getting more believing in fate."

I did notice the missing part. Therefore, I did not add anything like you did.
Besides, please note I used the ellipsis at the end of the clause I translated as in the original clause ,
{When your heart is ready to accept anything in the future... }
meaning something was left unspoken,
and started a snew sentence. I used neither a cause-and-effect conjunction nor a cause-and-effect transition. Therefore , I'm afraid your comment of "Wayne translated it into a reverse meaning" won't hold.

Since the original sentence has a missing part, a translator is not supposed to deliberately interpret or add anything to its translation.

The Chinese statement has two independent parts, and something is missing in the first part. Your translation using a "Once..." clause joins the two independent parts in one and gives a meaning in cause-and-effect manner but reverse to that of the original statement.

And your second attempt:
"When your heart is ready for anything... my belief in fate, reinforces."
seems too short, missing part of the meaning in the Chinese term "未來的" (to happen); besides, I'm afraid that the verb "reinforce" is transitive only, which denies your intransitive usage.

I agree with you that sometimes more is less, but not in this case of mine.

I know almost nothing when comes to those grammatic mumbo-jumbo.
The question is what to do when translating an imperfect phrases.
Do you want to add, subtract, fix, or make it more complete?
Logically, I don't eve see the connection between those two phrases.
Why not just treat them separately?

You don't? By writing "Once you are a believer of fate, your heart will be ready to accept anything", you have put those two phrases in close connection.

Yes, one can treat them separately as two sentences, but when either appears sequal to the other, the logical connection in meaning makes sense.
