It's always a big issue for me to be a better co-worker to others in my career. That's why I chose the topic "13 Ways to Be a Better Co-worker" and would like to hear what others think of it. Through the discussion and sharing that afternoon, I realized there are indeed some good ways to follow (which are agreed by most of the attendees) like what it said in the article "Return calls and e-mails promptly." It would make people feel they are important to you! Since everyone's career life could be about thirty years long (or more). There's always room for improvement of being a better co-worker. Besides, being happy at work is also what matters.
