how to say 犯賤??

hi, I know it is not a good word in chinese?
but, I want to know. haha
or 作繭自縛or自作孽or 犯賤,the meaning of these three are simliar,aren't they??

or "cheapen oneself"

In some siuations, I would say "ask for trouble" and in others, "insult"oneself" or "invite self-humiliation".

Also, "sank or stooped to a new low." (understandably in an ethical sense)

作繭自縛 to tie oneself up with duties (like spinning a cocoon)
自作孽 to cause troubles to oneself
犯賤 to commit evil thoughts

犯賤 and 作繭自縛 are not exactly the same; 犯賤 is a cause while 作繭自縛 is rather its effect.

I'd really love to stick to "No Chinese" policy here....but occasional violations maybe. Cuz I "overheard" everybody singing kareoke in Chinese and Taiwanese, in other words, it's not that strict and we love our own culture, right??
