1. Why do DRAM, LCD and smart phone industries in Taiwan have a hard time remaining competitive with Samsung?
2. Qualities, physical appearances or functionalities of local brands are even a little bit worse than Samsung products'. Do you still support local brands like Acer, Asus or HTC? Why or why not?
3. Are you loyal to certain brand-name products? If yes, what is your favorite brand name and what makes you so faithful to these goods? If not, what makes you choose no-name products?
4. Samsung is a formidable competitor to Taiwanese companies. Have you ever encountered any rival in your study and working experiences? Who are they and what makes you regard them as a threat? What is your strategy to defeat current competitors?
5. How do you react when you win or lose the competitions? Is competition beneficial or detrimental to us?
