1. Some entrepreneurs said “Find creativity through imperfection.” Have you ever observed something that could be more user-friendly in your daily life or work? And how do you change this product, procedure or service into a better one?
2. In your own experience, have you ever formed a project to improve a specific product, procedure or service? How did your work or family benefit from it?
3. Except for good ideas, what are the other elements making a successful entrepreneur? What have you learned from those business people?
4. From an employee’s perspective, what do you envy or feel compassion about your supervisor or boss? From a supervisor’s or a boss’ perspective, what do you envy or feel compassion about your employees? To be an employee or a boss, which career is better?
5. As an employee or a business owner currently, you are responsible for satisfying your boss’ or customers’ demands . From this point of view, what percentage of your total efforts do you allocate to your work? Why?
