Questions:
1: During a week, we spend most of our prime time in company. So job satisfaction would highly affect our mood. Do you feel happy in your current working environment? What makes you have the sense of happiness and what makes you feel unhappy in your job? On a scale from 1 to 100, how would you grade yourself about employee well-being in your company?
2: Colleague relationships, being respected at work, unblocked promotion channels, high salary, flexible working hours, good company future, expertise development, fair rules, definite targets, and travel subsidies-- factors above, from your point of view-- which one is the most important factor for a happiness company? Could you please tell us why you think that is the most important for a company? Which corporation in Taiwan or in the world is the happiness company in your mind?
3: Statistics show that those companies with an emphasis on happiness can make more profits. Will you spent more time on and put more effort into your company if you are in a happiness company? Which psychological factor makes you willing to put more energy on your job?
4: Do you agree with the statement “Human Resources are the greatest assets of the enterprise”? Why or why not? What is the greatest asset of a company if you don’t agree with such a statement like that?
