Questions:
1. Do you believe global environment or only kind of specific phenomenon in Taiwan has affected the economy recession in Taiwan? Unless we create more innovation, could our effort on OEM or ODM business be flopped in future? Do you believe our government still can help more with it?
2. What is your current job? Are you happy with your current salary and any glory you get from your job? Please have your pen to draw your position in your organization, analyze your contribution to company, and figure out if it is in line with your salary.
3. What is your living standard now? Besides your job, do you plan to have a house you can afford, marriage, kids, and a sweet family? Furthermore, are you able to diversify more relationships with friends (or important sources) in your life?
4. Except for your current job, are you talented in any special skills or having opportunities for better choices in future? Are you so satisfied with the status quo and have never had ideas to change it? If so, do you have any strength to keep leading your job?
5. Some believe Sales job could be a good option, because the Sales Department can ignore the education background. Do you agree and even consider having a sales job in future?
6. Leaving aside the remarkable differences, China and Taiwan signed a trade agreement under which they will substantially open their service sectors to each other. Under this agreement, are you still able to survive anywhere? Are you just preparing to fight for it?
