Dear Taichung Happiers,

What have you learned from travel? This answer was from Disraeli Benjamin, who twice served as British Prime Minister, “Travel teaches toleration.” The article chosen by our host Micro recommends ten places we must visit. We sincerely request your participation for this weekend’s gathering. Welcome to share whatever you have learned from travel.

Are you a travelaholic? Do you like to feel at home while traveling abroad? Have you enjoyed a spooky flashlight tour around campus? Micro also offers some questions which can encourage a great bunch of opinions, and we’ll have so much pleasure answering his questions. Cesare Pavese, one of the major authors of the 20th century in Italy, once advised :” If you wish to travel far and fast, travel light. Take off all your envies, jealousies, unforgiveness, selfishness, and fears.” Yes, of course. And we believe Taichung Happiers undoubtedly can reach this level because Happiers have already abandoned their selfishness and fears. Here is an example I do love to cite: Justin and Kevin have volunteered to host gatherings in December (Jeffrey has already delivered his 12/7 topic.), and Micro is a relatively-new member who bravely takes the challenge to host this week’s meeting. We definitely haven’t forgot many hosts having contributed a lot as well. Happiers are the role models for what we talked about at last weekend’s gathering: your beautiful heart is the most important, either you have time to 唸佛 or not.

P.S. What we love is merely a team; what we need is merely a team; what we have is merely a team. Nothing more. Nothing less.
