Questions:
A. What are the top three fears that you have? Why do you fear about them?
B. Ask your partners whether they share the similar/same fear like you? How do they overcome it?
C. Do you want to get rid of one of your fears?
If so, make a plan and share your plan with your partners. This will be your challenge of the year. If you overcome it, next year you will fear it no more.
Don't dare to do it by your own! Look up! There are friends around you. You will have their support on your journey to fight to get rid of your fears.
