Gathering on October 17, 2015:

Today, we have a new comer, Yuri. She loves jogging when she has free time. We appreciate the touching story she shared with us. We are glad to have you joining us. Also, Grace, Cherry, James, Chris and Ken (it’s me) were the members attended this gathering. Thanks for James’ telling his travel story in Japan and shared his pictures of this trip.

How do you maintain your positive attitude to live better in your life? The 11 tips are as follows:

1. You Determine Your Reality
2. Start Your Day Strong
3. Exercise Is The Natural Feel Good Drug
4. Use Books, Audio And Videos To Overload Your Brain With Positivity
5. Your Language Shapes Your Thoughts
6. Hang Out With Positive People
7. Show Your Appreciation For Others
8. Garbage In, Garbage Out
9. Stop Negative Thoughts In Their Tracks
10. Live With Gratitude
11. Recharge Your Batteries

Besides, there are two things you have to keep in mind. One is always to keep positive people or things in your daily life so that you can keep positive attitude. Another is to be the initiator of good to bring positive to people around you when too many negative things are getting worse in your environment. You are the key person to determine how you live your life. This afternoon, we talked about our views and opinions for this issue and got inspired with each other. Thanks for Cherry’s host.
