[b]Questions:
1. Which Taiwanese fruit listed in this article do you like or dislike the most? Why or why not?

2. Where do you shop for fruits? How to buy the freshest fruits? What do you care about the most when you buy fruits – organic claim, pesticide-free claim, or sweet flavor? How often do you eat fruits? And, how much fruit should we eat per day? What are the benefits of eating fruits?

3. Some sugar apples have 26 degrees of sweetness; sugar canes, that are used to produce brown sugar, have 20 degrees of sweetness. What do these fruits taste like? What do you prefer, sweet or original flavor?

4. What are the signature fruits of Taiwan? What makes it “the Pride of Taiwan”? Are there any exotic fruits with special flavor you like or dislike? Please share your preferences or experiences with us.

Dear Taichung Happiers,

Here comes the most juicy exercise—Fruit Ninja Challenge!
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=MGkYZ0iCofw

Did you miss Happiers while enjoying a delicious Dragon Boat Festival? Having learned a lot from the Host Club (Taipei) and other Branch Clubs, we are gratified and grateful to present you the “fruits” of our successful Summer Conference. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ZQ7XhD8hcRY&feature=youtu.be (Please watch it on your PC. Special thanks to Micro for the documentary production.) Through this educational experience, we further understand the metaphor from American essayist and lecturer Ralph Waldo Emerson (May 25, 1803 – April 27, 1882): “Thought is the blossom, language the bud, action the fruit behind.” Hey, no worries, still. Welcome to join our host Kevin in tasting a relaxing weekend with the “fruit fruit” topic.

How did Taichung Happiers’ best friend Albert Einstein juice up his life? “A table, a chair, a bowl of fruit and a violin; what else does a man need to be happy?” Ahha, yes!!! And, the equally happy value is the health benefits of fruit. Due to fruit’s high source of vitamins, minerals, and fiber, adequate intake of fruit can prevent us from chronicle and heart diseases. Moreover, Dr. Carol Greenwood, the leading nutrition expert in Canada, recounted the research result--the diet style rich in whole grains, fruit, vegetables and fish can lower people’s risk of developing dementia by as much as 36%--sounds like a common-sense approach, yet nobody can afford to ignore it.
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vuBqqpTNvFQ It’s never too early to take care of our neural health; therefore, let us learn how to increase our fruit intake http://www.health.harvard.edu/healthy-eating/8-ways-to-eat-more-fruits-and-vegetables and how much fruit we truly needhttp://www.bbc.com/news/health-26818377 .

Beneath what fruit tree do you cook your summer dream? Can any fruit perfectly portray who you are?
http://www.gotoquiz.com/what_fruit_is_your_personality_1 If you still can’t hunt this word “passion” in your dictionary, please at least watch this impossibly surprising documentary film The Fruit Hunters. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=JfNsJTRkbQM All right, return your dropping jaw home and finish figuring out the implications of the nature of things. Let’s also not forget the beauty of our language dream. Ladies and gentlemen, brothers and sisters, this Fruit Idioms section is a must! https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=d2g--OWe5iI&app=desktop

Now, please choose a fruit idiom you’ve learned to represent this report “Global warming fruit and veg shortage could lead to 1,200 extra UK deaths a year by 2050”. http://www.telegraph.co.uk/news/earth/environment/climatechange/12181496/Climate-change-Global-warming-fruit-and-veg-shortage-could-lead-to-1200-extra-UK-deaths-a-year-by-2050.html Sad, hmm? Shouldn’t take anything for granted. What causes global warming? Besides fruit, what other natural ecosystems are diminishing more rapidly than expected? How do you like the tradeoffs? Most importantly, what can we do to make “Every Day is Earth Day” more than a slogan? https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=lieN18OTlME

“One World” by Henry Van Dyke

"The worlds in which we live are two
The world 'I am' and the world 'I do.'"

The worlds in which we live at heart are one,
The world "I am," the fruit of "I have done";
And underneath these worlds of flower and fruit,
The world "I love,"—the only living root.

Whenever you attend our gatherings, you can forget about anything but this reminder from Irish playwright and critic George Bernard Shaw (26 July 1856 – 2 November 1950): “If you have an apple and I have an apple and we exchange these apples then you and I will still each have one apple. But if you have an idea and I have an idea and we exchange these ideas, then each of us will have two ideas.” Yes!!! So, together, we can work everything out to make our Club sweeter than fruit.
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=rV50hD2thAc Join us. Thanks!!!
