2. Why people in Taiwan are always looking forward to having a day off during typhoon? What is the psychology behind anticipation of school and office closures? Is typhoon holodays necessary in Taiwan? Why or why not? Do you have better idea of typhoon day off?
3. How reliable are weather forcasts in Taiwan? What is the most accurate weather forecast agency? Compared to the weather in your childhood, is our weather getting more unpredictable? What is causing extreme weather?
