Bike trip from Xindian to Wulai

This was my first time to ride from Xindian to Wulai. It took more than 1.5hrs for round chip. So slow but I felt exhausted.

Hopefully I can improve my ride efficiency next time.

My physiotherapist told me once that people who have knee or ankle problems should bike only on flat roads. It means you are still young and healthy la!
