I have learned a powerful way to lead a happy life everyday. This powerful and yet simple way is something that we know of but often neglected. It is something that we should have but we tend to take it for granted. This powerful way is have Gratitude to All.
There are so many things to be grateful for but yet, we often rush through life, neglecting things and people. With no sense of appreciate to the things and people in our life, we will tend to take things for granted and our happiness is always short-lived. That makes us unhappy, grumpy and full of complaints.
Questions:
1.How 's you going today? Evaluate yourself ,how many scores would you get??and do it again after the gathering.
2.Can you share me some pleased moments in your life? Tell me more about the temperature,atmosphere,and yourself.
3.Do you consider keds usually happier than adult? why ? Can we learn something from children?
4.In your opinion , what is happiness? Can you define it or describe it ?
5.How about doing a little bit difference to make you or your family happy ? like giving a hug or writing a letter to them,
or it could be buying a booze ,sitting on the sofa, enjoying the Jazz music. Just do it on tonight. have a great time.
