Do you ever watch “Bizarre Foods” on travel channel? I admire courageous host, Andrew Zimmern tasting variety local special cuisines around the world. I can’t follow the footsteps of Andrew but I could find something desirable to eat. So Looking for famous foods or cuisines is a must-do activity for me when I go abroad. To see what the local eat would let me know who they are and their culture. Those interactive experiences with local people and cuisines are far beyond the description of travel brochure and travel guide.
I am so surprise that our Taichung Happiers not be intimidated by the article. And more than 13 Happiers joined our discussion. And thank Taichung Happiers for such a wonderful gathering time.
